Fluxing Unit

DESCRIPTION:
1. Pump feeding the filter press
2. Fluxing pump
3. Tank for demineralized water
4. Base plate
5. Exit of fluxing water
6. Cock for the regulation of fluxing pressure
7. Entrance of fluxing water
8. Suction of fluxing pump
9. Discharge

The experience acquired in the use of pumps feeding filter presses persuaded us to for an unit to fluxe and preserve the mechanical seal of the pump. His no use can bring to following inconveniences:

• Immission of non-suitable water
• Fluxing pressure lower than necessary
• Consumption of water

Causing the breakage of the seal and a waste of money.

The unit we propose is composed of a tank (in plastic material) containing drinkable demineralized water to feed the pump determining the required pressure and from the relevant connections, complete with regulation and control instruments, forming a closed circuit. Consequently the advantages are following:
• Security to use water suitable to the prescriptions;
• Control of pressure value;
• Spare of water by using the same circulating.
