PUPMS series VPSV
Special pumps designed and studied for the
conveying of highly abrasive mixtures fron discharge pits of
sawmills,
workshops, factories of tiles, etc. This type of pump does
not have snore piece as the liquid to be pumped is housed
in the collection tank and falls down directly in the pump
body. Can be executed in “carriage” model on
wheels or fix. The dimensions of the tank vary depending
on the requests of the Customer and on its use.
Vertical axis with bearings in stuffing box designed to allow
the lower part of the shaft to work overhang without mountings
submerged into the liquid. The bodies can be executed in
spheroidal cast-iron or in cast-iron with special lining
in antiwear moulded compound composed of interchangeable
shells adjustable from outside. The impeller is anticlogging
open type and can be executed in spheroidal cast-iron or
composed of a steel core lined with special antiabrasive
compound.
Direct coupling thru elastic joint in two pieces or thru
trapezoidal belts and pulleys depending on the requests of
the Customer (delivery rate/head).
