RAIN UNIT
Improving the production is the aim our this new mechanical
rain unit allowing homogeneity of feeding on all the surface
to be sawed and a drastic reduction of the maintenance costs.
The type of rain unit to be installed on the granite gang-saw
varies depending on the useful cutting sizes of the same
gang-saw, on the number of blades installed, on the quantity
of mixture requird, etc.
CONNECTING PIECE realized in antiabrasive rubber for the
connection to the headers and/or to the connecting pipes.
HEADERS in antiabrasive rubber with outside metallic cover
for the connection to the rain pipes.
RAIN PIPES in antaibrasive rubber with outside metallic
cover.
MOTOR-REDUCER to allow, thru tie rod and carriage complete
with polyurethane wheels, a motion that assure the homogeneous
distribution of the mixture on the surface to be cut. In
closed and sealed execution suitable for the installation
in humid and dusty ambients.
