DELTA
DOUBLE STAGE HORIZONTAL PUMPS
Studied and designed to feed filter presses; they can be supplied with single or double speed motors, with pump-motor coupling via belts and pulleys or with direct coupling via coaxial coupling.
Depending on the versions, a range of flow rates is available, ranging from 100 lt/min to 10,000 lt/min with indoor pressures up to 16 bar.
The bodies and impellers can be made of superalloys or spheroidal cast iron coated with special anti-abrasive rubber compounds.
The suction inlet is positioned so that the sludge does not come into direct contact with the mechanical seals, the latter made of tungsten carbide, drained with water and protected by a pressurised barrier chamber.
The functionality of the bearings is guaranteed by lubrication in an oil bath.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
AXLE
Horizontal pump axle with sealed chamber bearings sized to allow the front of the shaft to work as a cantilever without supports immersed in the liquid.
COUPLING
By means of belts and trapezoidal pulleys with protective casing.
BODY
Made of cast iron divided into two halves with protective coating in our special moulded wear-resistant compound, consisting of replaceable shells that can be adjusted from the outside, both to allow rapid and convenient replacement and to eliminate any play caused by normal wear. With axial suction inlet and discharge outlet facing upwards.
GIRANT
Anti-clogging, made of abrasion-proof superalloy.
SEALING UNIT
Composed of a double flushed seal.
BASE
Steel frame to support the pump on the floor.
