Here at ALFA S.R.L. we work hard to take care of your privacy.

Surely you understand that by browsing this website, requesting demos of our products, submitting a CV to join us or otherwise using our services through our web pages, it may happen that you share some of your personal data with ALFA as defined in the EU Reg. No. 2016/679 (GDPR) and that ALFA in order to contact you and/or to provide you with the services you have requested, needs to process the personal data you have shared.

Pursuant to the GDPR ALFA S.R.L., with registered office in Via trento, 132/A cap: 37020 – DOLCE’ (VR), CF and VAT no.: 00235680238 (hereinafter “Alfa”, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, is the Data Controller.
Alfa has appointed Mr Gianluca Craia, lawyer, as Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be reached at the e-mail address dpo@alfapumps.it.

By using the site, your personal data may be collected and processed, and we indicate below what personal data we may obtain and process:

      • Personal data are processed by manual and electronic means, through automated systems, all in accordance with the GDPR. Processing relating to web services is carried out at Alfa’s head office and/or at the premises where the servers are located
      • We also use “cookies” for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected through the cookies. For our policy on “cookies” you can click here.
      • Consider that any processing is done in the manner indicated by the GDPR and therefore with the adoption of appropriate minimum security measures.
      • In order to provide a complete service, the Alfa website may contain links to other websites, which are not operated by Alfa. Alfa is not responsible for errors, content, cookies, publication of unlawful content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with applicable regulations and the Data Protection Act by these sites
      • Your data collected during browsing will be used for the following purposes:
        • carrying out activities strictly related and instrumental to the management of relations with users or visitors of the site;
        • collection, storage and processing of your data for:
      • statistical analysis in an anonymous manner;
      • statistical analyses aimed at verifying the quality of the services offered by the site;
