These pumps are designed with robust bearings that allow the lower part of the shaft to cantilever, eliminating the need for liquid-immersed supports and associated seals.<\/p><p>The bodies of the vertical axis pumps can be made of super hard cast iron to resist wear, or coated with abrasion-resistant rubber for greater resistance to abrasion and corrosion. They are available with two types of drive: belts and pulleys for greater point-of-operation optimisation, or direct coupling via mechanical coupling for easier operation and maintenance.<\/p><p>Thanks to their robust design and durable materials, these pumps offer a long service life even in harsh conditions. Drive systems optimise pump performance according to specific needs.
