Here at ALFA S.R.L. we work hard to take care of your privacy.

Surely you understand that by browsing this website, requesting demos of our products, sending a CV to join us or otherwise using our services through our web pages, it may happen that you share some of your personal data with ALFA as defined in the EU Reg. no. 2016/679 (GDPR) and that ALFA in order to contact you and/or to provide you with the services you have requested, needs to process the personal data you have shared.

3. What personal data you can share with us by using this website

By using this website, your personal data may be collected and processed, and we indicate below what personal data we may obtain and process:

4. How and why we process the personal data you share with us

How and why:

• • Personal data is processed by manual and electronic means, through automated systems, all in accordance with the GDPR. Processing relating to web services is carried out at Alfa’s premises and/or at the premises where the servers are located

  • Please note that all processing is done in accordance with the GDPR and therefore with the adoption of appropriate minimum security measures.
  • In order to provide a complete service, the Alfa website may contain links to other websites, not operated by Alfa. Alfa is not responsible for errors, content, cookies, publication of illicit content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current regulations and the Data Protection Act by these sites
  • Your data collected during browsing will be used for the following purposes:
    • carrying out activities strictly related and instrumental to the management of relations with users or visitors to the site;
    • collection, storage and processing of your data for:
      • statistical analysis in an anonymous manner;
      • statistical analysis to verify the quality of the services offered by the site;
      • The processing of data for the d purposes referred to in point I is obligatory and any incorrect or missing information may limit and/or prevent the full use of the site’s functions and services.

5. obtain the portability of the data, i.e. receive them from ALFA, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
6. object to the processing, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
7. rwithdraw consent to the processing of the data provided
8. object to an automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling.
9. lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor or other competent supervisory authority.
