Shark

Rubberized submersible pump for feeding decanters with abrasive liquids

The Shark submersible pump is specially designed to feed decanters with abrasive liquids produced in the marble and granite industry, in aggregate washing, and in the ceramic industry. These pumps are placed inside deep tanks or wells where the use of a vertical pump is not feasible.

The impeller is of the open, metallic type, offering greatly improved performance and efficiency over a rubberized impeller. Because of this feature, a lower horsepower motor can be mounted while maintaining the same performance. The flow rate range of Shark pumps is up to 5800 lt/min, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Robust construction, together with easy maintenance and a metal impeller, ensures reliable and long-lasting operation.

AXIS: The pump axis is vertical, with the impeller directly connected to the motor shaft. The bearings are oil-bath lubricated, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.

BODY: made of cast iron and divided into two parts, the body is coated with a wear-resistant compound. The anti-abrasive rubber shells are replaceable and adjustable, allowing quick and efficient maintenance.

IMPELLER: The impeller is open-type and anti-clogging, made of metal. This configuration improves efficiency, allowing the use of smaller motors without compromising performance.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

  • Humidity probe
  • Temperature probe
