Walfpump

Front suction pump for hydrocyclone and/or transfer

Guaranteeing high flow rates and high heads, walfpumps are ideal for feeding hydrocyclones in the aggregates and washing sector, as well as in all areas where abrasive and/or acidic liquid transfers are required.

Walfpumps can be constructed with bodies and impellers made of cast superalloys of high resistance to mechanical abrasion, reaching hardnesses of about 800 HB. This feature makes them extremely durable and suitable for heavy duty and wear applications. Alternatively, for applications requiring additional protection against wear, the bodies and impellers can be coated with special anti-abrasive rubber compounds. This coating provides excellent protection against abrasion and extends their service life while reducing maintenance costs.

Modular configuration

Our modular technology allows the Walfpump pump to be customized to fit any environment, offering unparalleled flexibility. With our modular configurations (CV, ZV, CL, CR, DC), we can reduce the size of the pump to fit into limited spaces while maintaining its performance. This means that even in environments with space restrictions, this pumps can be installed without any problems.

Similarly, if you have a larger area, we are able to expand the pump, making it easier to maintain, clean and control the machine. This expansion is therefore designed to optimise operational efficiency in maintenance and plant management.
