Horizontal double-body superalloy anti-abrasive pump
The Delta horizontal-axis pump is primarily designed to feed filter presses in the mining and aggregates sectors, and is also used in various other industries. This robust Delta double-body pump can reach a maximum pressure of 16-17 bar and handle a flow range of up to 9000 litres per minute.
The impeller, body and wear flange are made of super hard cast iron, ensuring excellent resistance to abrasion. It is equipped with silicon carbide mechanical seals, flushed with clean water, and oil-lubricated bearings to ensure maximum service life and operational reliability.
Delta pumps can be supplied with single or double speed motors and standard coupling via belts and pulleys.

AXIS: equipped with oil-bath lubricated bearings, ensuring long life and quiet operation.
COUPLING: uses V-belts and pulleys with protective casings, ensuring safe and reliable transmission.
2 BODIES: made of chrome cast iron elements with vertical delivery, they offer strength and corrosion resistance.
2 IMPELLERS: includes two dynamically balanced, open-type, anti-abrasive super alloy impellers with a hardness of approximately 750-800 HB for maximum wear resistance.
SEALS: equipped with double mechanical seals with silicon carbide or tungsten rings, flushed with clean water to prevent contamination.
BASE: steel frame designed to securely support the delta pump on the floor, ensuring stability during operation.
